What are your card condition grades?

  1. Mint (M) - A perfect card that has never been played.
  2. Near Mint (N/M) - A card that has minor scratches and/or slight whitening on up to two edges.
  3. Excellent (EX) - A played card with whitening on the edges.
  4. Good (GD) - A heavily played card, with lots of edge marks and whitening on the back.
  5. Poor (PR) - A card with a distinguishing mark that shows on the back, such as a bent corner.
  • Plus (+) is a suffix to the above ratings, which means slightly better than.
  • Minus (-)  is a suffix to the above ratings, which means slightly worse than.

Mint - A perfect condition card with absolutly no wear on the front or back of the card.

NM (+) - Very close to perfect, card may have the slightest wear due to being played once or twice in sleeves.

NM - A near mint condition card. Meaning card has very light wear on no more than two edges.

NM (-) - Slightly less than a near mint condition card. Meaning this card has light wear on two edges, could contain minimal small scratching.

EX (+) - Card will have light whitening around its edges and or have small scratches.

EX - Moderate wear from play. All edges show whitening and surface probably shows wear. This may also be a card with a single bend or light crease.

EX (-) - A card with visible wear from play. May have multiple edge nicks and whitening along the edges. May have a light bend noticeable only on close inspection.

Good - Heavy wear from play including middle back wear. All edges show whitening and surface shows wear. This may also be a card with a single bend or crease possiblly due to shuffling.

Poor - Very heavy wear from play. All edges display heavy whitening and significant middle back wear. This may also be a card with bends or creases. Magic cards dont get any worse than this.
